If any person fails to re-claim any printer or printer part dropped off for repair within 90 after such delivery, JetEx, Inc. shall have the right to dispose of such hardware or other article by whatever means it may choose, without incurring liability or responsibility. A disposal fee may of $35.00 may be assessed.
