Unopened JetEx, Inc. brand products may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Afterwards the return is left up to the discretion of the store manager, and the return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Opened JetEx, Inc. brand products will be replaced within 60 days of purchase if it is not operating properly. If products are outside of the 60 day window, JetEx, Inc. will replace defective products upon investigative review of the product. Cash refund will be made if the item was purchased using cash. Otherwise the purchasing card will be credited.
